My own fiction reading skips all over the place. Yesterday I read, in one day, a David Baldacci book. In my experience the speed with which I am able to read a book tells me a lot about the literary quality of the book. But sometimes, I just want to read for pure entertainment, and Baldacci fills that bill for me quite nicely. Next I want to re-read The Great Gatsby in anticipation of the film coming out. I don’t remember liking it in school but to be honest, I often didn’t like assigned reading mostly because it was assigned! I re-read To Kill a Mockingbird this spring and loved it.

Abe Books (abe.com) currently lists 10 copies of that title ranging in price from $3.00 to $27.97. This price range leads me to believe that there are still several copies of this book available. Your grandmother may very well have purchased it as part of a Women’s Missionary Society Reading Club!

I found a copy of from jerusalem to jerusalem copy right 1929 i my grandmothers books. do you have a info on this book i would say it s in fair condition
